The room and toilet was unsafe for my family

The room and toilet was unsafe for my family. The bed was hard and can feel the spring. Way below satisfactory level and doesn't not match the price we paid for the room. Disappointed.

Not appearing my booking in hotel system. Already deducted my money from apps booking but no show. Paid during checkout. After one month still pending my refund. Please refund my money asap !

Easy to find and close to the beach ?️ food are delicious especially spaghetti salted egg. ????

The air conditioning system always shut off and when night comes, the place quiet dark. A little bit scary to stay outside. Please put more light ? on the outside for bright the place. Didn’t have electric water keetle just jug. Hope doing some cleanup at the beach side, a little bit unwanted trash.

It's not the newest resort, but is clean and everything works and it's very close to the beach. Staff are friendly and helpful and willing to make dinner and breakfast for me despite being almost no other guests.

The cleanlines and quietness of the compound.

Insufficient direction and signboard, the reception ( i arrived late at around 9pm), phone calls were not picked up (i called 11 times), the noisy neighbours talking loudly at wee hours...

poor management by OYO

I want my refund, already arrived here but no one there. Reception counter also close and the door lock. I try call the property number given by OYO customer service around 11 times but not pickup.

The place was clean, friendly staff.The sambal nasi lemak was spicy but delicious!Can't help but to wonder if there are swimming pool at the front, would be so perfect to have gathering there

- our toilet don't have hanging rack- the single bed was old, the spring potruding.

No internet,no android tv,tv channels all not work line not work, toilet fan no work,

Space ok.Comfort.Water shower pressure good.Cupboard with hangers.

We stayed at Room 13.Tv cant use, no remote.Water heater lack of safety, using metal hose.Sink faucet water too small, blockage somewhere.Door lock malfunction.

Television not functioning

Our stay in Oyo 89896 Sedili Inn Resort was incredibly pleasant following the long, exhausting day it took us to get there with my wife and two young children. We traveled from East Coast Singapore to Woodlands Checkpoint, grabbing a bus across the bridge from the checkpoint, reaching a busy Johor Baru Central which all required a lot of baggage lugging as it’s a bit of a walk from the bus to the shopping mall/taxi ranks. We grabbed a cab to get to Hawk rent-a-car in Johor Tower next to Hilton DoubleTree, and then drove from JB to the Sedili Inn through mostly quiet countryside, arriving around 10 pm at night. Even though we input the address into Waze, it told us we had “arrived at our destination” about 500 metres away on the main road, and in the dark we had no way of finding the Inn, which was actually 300m further up the road down a left turn towards the beach. We found a side road with a small warung and the owner, Sammy, kindly led us to the Inn on his motorbike. We only booked the venue an hour prior and Hamid met us and helped us initially to a smaller room (as the booking had not yet arrived on their computer) but he quickly came and moved us after he checked. Our standalone chalet, which was incredibly affordable, was a basic room with AC and shower, and was quite spacious for the 4 of us. Water was warm and the aircon worked fine. There was a hot and cold water machine in a central location if you wanted to make your own coffee. We slept well and in the morning had breakfast (price not included) in the front reception area which was a simple cooked breakfast but nicely done. The beach fronts on to the property, so the next joyous thing was wandering down with the kids for a swim. The beach is quite pleasant, and the sea is warm and calm, but it does have a bit of tidal detritus washed up.

Only minor issues with furnishings. Shower could have a shelf for stuff. TV needs dorting. Basically well worth the price.

Great price, location was beautiful and staff were very friendly.

No real dislikes, maybe a furniture tidy up, somewhere to stand items in the bathroom etc

Can't watch the TV..huhuhu..But overall the surroundings were good..tq

Near the beach

-No wifi-Shower has a weak water pressure-Leaking pipe-Cleaner didn’t clean the room properly before we check in

The air conditioner and water heater work very well. The location is nearby to the beach and of course value for money.

The location is a bit hidden without any signboard. You cannot park your car inside the resort area so you have to walk from the carpark. The main entrance should be managed well in terms of cleanliness.

No foods were cooked during our stay...maybe less ppl. Have to travel to Penggerang (30 mins drive) and the food was excellent. The chalet was nicely built but less crowd. Maybe needs some promotion from local gov.

Many room switches were missing. The room lights extremally dim.

The facilities, view, beach, price, staff, room for 3 adults was so comfortable. Everything.. Nothing to complaint.. Love it sooo much and will repeat again next time with other family members.
